Here we are is a guided tour for children between 5-6 years old to the interior of the Earth. The children are led by a scout girl into an extraordinary world. After passing through the gate of an ancient mine, they meet several inhabitants of this strange universe, such as a miner with some crazy, musical colleagues, a flying dinosaur and her children. The creatures inside the Earth have transformed the mine into a garbage factory that recycles man-made garbage. But it turns out that there is so much rubbish that they need the children’s help to be able to take care of all the rubbish that has settled on the Earth’s surface. “Her er vi” is a mixture between a journey of discovery, a concert and a treasure hunt. Through the experience, we want to make the children’s relationship to rubbish aware and that rubbish can be transformed into the most beautiful treasures.

WHAT THE AUDIENCE THINKS ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
«A beautiful children’s performance, a very exciting adventure, which addressed important social issues».
«A treasure hunt to the centre of the earth. Fun!».
«The children were able to experience different emotions: joy, friendship and courage (joy because of the adventure they had with Cecilie, the girl scout, who showed them the way to the centre of the earth), fear (meeting a dinosaur), death (symbolised by musicians and Cecilie’s grandfather), empathy (protection of animals and nature), love (between the mother dinosaur and her baby, and between the girl scout and her grandfather)».
«There are important themes related to nature and the environment as well as the need to recycle rubbish materials: plastic, cardboard and clothes. It’s great!»
